Reservations Postings Detail Activity Report

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Sort Options	The criteria by which the data in the report must be sorted. Available options include the following: Deposit and Non-Deposit Post Types – Sorts the report by deposit and non-deposit post types. Deposit Post Types Only - Sorts the report by deposit post types only. Non-Deposit Post Types Only - Sorts the report by non-deposit post types only.

Field	Description
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest added to the reservation.
Post type Description	The description entered for the posting.
Posting Date	The date when the posting was made.
Comment	Comments entered by the user (if any) when posting charges.
Deposit Post Types To Reservations	The guests who have deposit post types added to reservations.
Non-Deposit Post Types To Reservations	The guests who have non-deposit post types added to reservations.
Total Deposit Post Types To Reservations	The sum of deposit post types added to reservations for a given date.
Total Non-Deposit Post Types To Reservations	The sum of non-deposit post types added to reservations for a given date.
Total Deposit Post Type Activity for Date Range	Sum of all deposit post types for a date range.
Total Non-Deposit Post Type Activity for Date Range	Sum of all non-deposit post types for a date range.
Total Reservation Activity for Date Range	Sum of all reservation activity for a date range.
